I came here looking for a TV stand and in less than five minutes walking into the store, I had Carl loading it in my highlander! Absolutely love this place. They get new furniture sets from Rooms to Go every Thursday and Friday! Sign up for their rewards program and get $5 off for every $100 spent! Rome at check out was absolutely kind to ensure I got those rewards the next time I come! I'll be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!
This donation center is completely unprofessional. I had a schedule pick up for yesterday and they told me that my window was from 10 am to 1pm. They came early without contacting me at 9:30 while I was not home so I had to reschedule for today which is Saturday, I called today and they told me that my window was from 1 to 4 and that I was 16th in line for pick up. I called at 3:40 PM because no one had shown up yet and they told me that that the driver was two stops away from me. They never showed up and so it was a complete inconvenience. I am moving on Sunday and the furniture that I was going to donate is still there.
It was my first time there. But when I walked in, it was bensie bensie. It has a lot of nice things and items there. I will be going back because I'll have to have money. I didn't have money today, but I will be going back. They have nice beds. I've seen an ice box that I wanted. And a wash and dryer.
The staff at this store really make it one of my favs. They are friendly, helpful and always greet me. Store is organized.I have found lots of stuff here from family board games, children’s clothing for very season and women’s clothing. If I was looking for furniture this would be my first stop because they have lots of nice inventory and consistently quality items.Perfect place if you’re furnishing a college kids apartment.
This location was clean and the parking lot was full with parking available across the street. While they have things organized by color and clothes type, my preference is by size so that I can check specifically for what would fit. I understand some like the other way. Furniture pricing seemed excessive unless you're there when the mark downs happen by length of being at the store. Customer service workers were friendly and answering questions from guests. As with other locations, I don't understand the pricing model that makes some items close to a brand new price for things that are clearly used or worn. You have to hunt for good deals which in years past wasn't so difficult.
