Went for a facial…Would not recommend or return. Basically just slathered product on, wiped it off and then slathered on again. Also one of the more expensive facials I’ve had. Terrible waste of money.
I had a lovely cbd infused pedicure yesterday with Stella. She was so friendly and really made me feel pampered! The chairs were very comfortable! Although I didn’t use any of the other amenities I loved that there was a seperate pool area for folks with spa appointments. Thank you again Stella for such great service!!
Although my massage therapist was great, the facilities are in need of some TLC. Arrived and there were no spa shoes to wear and only 4X robes in available lockers. In the bathroom there are no amenity items such as toothbrushes, combs, tissues, cotton swabs, etc that I see at all other spas. In the shower stalls, no bench to sit on or place items while you shower. There were plenty of towels. It was missing iced face towels. The steam room was out of order and the outdoor co-ed spa area was really needing maintenance and attention. It was dirty and just felt confining. The chairs were all disheveled and there was trash on the ground. One hot tub didn’t work. It was very warm out and would have been nice to have a chilled pool and some shade. It didn’t feel spa like at all outside. The waiting area could use snacks other than whole apples and ice water. It was a jug of water, not spa water. For a Hyatt, I would have expected better. We wouldn’t recommend visiting unless upgrades were made.
This spa is very pricey. If you're looking for a great massage I recommend going somewhere else for a better price. They do wonderful here, but you really come here for the amenities not just a massage. They provide you with robes, sandals, a lockable locker, towels, & drinks. The female & male locker rooms are separated. That's where the sauna, hot tub, & showers are. You have the option to be dressed or not in those areas. The coed spots are the outdoor hot tubs that look like hot springs, the waiting room, & the couples massage. It was a small space & raining, so I spent a ton of money for a couples retreat & essentially just sat in a shared room with other people waiting for our massage. The outside was closed due to weather & everything else I had to do separately from my partner. I've visited here as a singleton during conference week because it's directly across from the convention center. My recommendation is to go alone for a refresh during whatever you have going on at the convention center. The staff is exceptional & location beautiful.
Brenda was my nail artist and she did such an amazing job! I originally had a different style in mind but she couldn’t do it because of the missing equipment in the spa. So instead she worked with me on a new design that was even better than what I originally wanted. I’m so, so happy with my nails! My only regret is not being local to Orlando and not being able to work with her again. Highly recommend this spa! The receptionists were also so kind.
