It’s been a while since I’ve had a facial, but I need to go back to the Spa at the Lake! Sam did such a great job on my facial! It was so thorough and relaxing. If you need a facial, waxing or a massage, I highly recommend their services!
This place is amazing, and let me tell you why! My wife and I were married 3 years ago and selfishly decided to kick off our wedding with a couples massage... results....flawless! So we have made it our secret hideaway since then. This last year, we had a " not so good couples massage, where I was really uncomfortable as a man with a female technician. The staff AND OWNERSHIP contacted us on our way to the hotel for the weekend, asked if we were both okay and took our statements very seriously. The technician was removed from the spa after the investigation by the board of massage professionals and we were invited back to try again. We did, and everything was great!
I was greeted by Rick at the front desk, who was friendly and personable, and shared with me how his Mom had originally opened the spa, and he was continuing her legacy. You can just tell this place runs on love!! The vibes are wonderful. I first enjoyed a very relaxing European facial (I forget the estheticians name, but she was lovely), which was tailored to my skin type. I added on the algae mask, and I must say my rosacea and hormonal acne have been much calmer since my appointment 6 days ago. I was provided with a robe, and slippers, and enjoyed some time outside on the beautiful patio, over looking the water, until my massage room was ready. Full disclosure I am an absolute massage snob. Rhianna took the time to listen to my needs, and it showed. She was not afraid to get it there and get the tension out of my back, it was exactly what I needed!! I can't wait to go back.
I just had the absolute pleasure of being serviced by Angel for a massage and Katelyn for a facial and ooh did they provide me with such fantastic treatment. I feel amazing.. They both made sure I was comfortable in every way. As much as I asked questions, they also allowed me the space to disappear into the moment. Thank you Ladies. The patio adds a relaxing extra touch to your stay as you wait for your next treatment. The staff I encountered here were all very friendly and I had a wonderful first time experience. The aroma hits you as you walk into the building and is sooo refreshing to your senses. The atmosphere was tranquil. This was exactly what I needed 💜💆🏾♀️ I love that they do medical massages here too. Tha bit of information makes me excited. I most definitely will be returning 🤗 I hope you give them a try too. Trust.. It's worth it. ❣
The Spa at Lakeside 2.0 is every bit worth the drive we made from Huntington Beach, CA to Las Vegas for a day of relaxation and pampering. My sister and I visited as part of her birthday present this year and went all out getting the 4 hour package with facial, massage, body wrap and raja treatment and needless to say we left rejuvenated. Upon walking in we were greeted by the owner Ricky who help curate the package we were using for our services. He walked us through the facility stopping to pay homage to his mother who started the spa many years ago. This home touch feel was all the extra step of customer service I can easily justify the 4 hour drive for. 💰 Price for 4 hours was about $400 including tips. Plan $100/hr / service 🚗 parking is plentiful but does get full Starting with facials, Katelyn and Nicole took us to our respective rooms and for an hour we were massaged, oiled, conversed with and put to ease by these amazing miracle workers. I was a novice to facials and Nicole thoroughly explained what she was doing and why and answered all my questions along the way. My sister, much more experienced in these pampering said Katelynn did an amazing job as well. For the reminder of our visit we were placed with Kit and Julian. Since we were in separate rooms I did not have much time with my sister and her masseuse but from the time we did spent was lovely and made the vibe of old friends hanging out versus a cold customer service approach I sometimes encounter with massages. I must say somewhere between the forced requirement to chill out while in the body wrap to the massage I was at ease. I had tension spots worked out I have felt for years was not resolved. Dare I call it heaven?! I almost fell asleep which I have never managed to do in a massage before. We absolutely will be back since my birthday is coming up soon but next time we will not plan for just the day in Vegas so we can thoroughly enjoy the after effects of such a day.
