I think this place has been low review bombed lately, but my experience yesterday was quite the opposite! I was greeted with a tea and aroma towel then taken down stairs to the lounge and given a tour of that amenities. I arrived a little less than an hour to enjoy them and took advantage of the complementary valet (validated). I still had time to treat myself to the steam room and pool that had great jetted seats that weren't too strong just relaxing. Perfect beginning! I was offered a beverage and snacks were available! 2 types of cookies and a granola mix. The lounge also has a couple of lounge beds to add to the relaxing atmosphere. I had the triple scrub and a custom massage. Both providers were absolutely amazing and accommodating and made me feel comfortable. I was sad when it ended but everyone was so nice. The only down side were the clientele. Some of the white spa guests stared and did not want to sit next to me and another minority guest. So I wouldn't take the complaining reviews seriously. Very entitled people seem to be the common customer.
Absolutely loved my experience at The Joule Spa. Cedric is incredible—his massage was the perfect mix of relaxing and restorative. I walked in tense and walked out floating. Can’t wait to book with him again. I had a minor inconvenience checking out. My husband and purchased a gift card for my services, and they could find that he purchased one, but couldn’t verify the amount. I will have to call back with the information to get reimbursed. Overall, great experience just the hiccup at check out.
Not the best spa experience. Got a hot stone massage, the masseuse took 10 min alone to come back to the room during the session. Also, at. check out they have the nerve to assume you want to tip 25% which is outrageous. I won't be back. I've been to many high end spas and never had the receptionist asked me do I want to start with a high 25% gratuity they always just ask how much you would like to tip for the services provided. 3/10 experience. the hype isn't worth it imo.
I booked a couple’s massage for my Partner and me to celebrate this birthday. The staff were friendly and made registration very easy. We were given a tour and a glass of wine. Our massages were customized to our liking - Cederic was great (20 years of experience). We also used the Sauna, eucalyptus Steam room and ice fountain before our treatment. The day we visited they were also offering a sound bath at the Vitality pool. This seemed to be quite popular (more people). We enjoyed this added experience. After we were done, we ate a light meal at CBD provisions. Overall, fabulous experience.
This spa is wonderful! It’s extremely clean, the attendants are attentive and kind, and the overall service is fantastic. They went above and beyond to make my mother feel special on her birthday, which meant so much to us. Special shout-out to Dee for an amazing facial, it was incredibly relaxing and so well done. I will definitely be coming back again!
