I went in there a couple days ago and got a few things. Enrique was very helpful. He actually made a good suggestion on the protein powder that I was getting to maybe just try the sample pack so I can try some of the other flavors. He also wasn’t trying to upsell me, he just really listened to what I was asking for and then directed me. I had to go in there today because I wanted to get a lions mane mushroom complex. I was looking for a very specific dual extraction, multi mushroom complex, and Michael not only knew what I was looking for, but when I went home and did a little more research, it was exactly what I had wanted. So big shout out to those guys, great customer service!! If you are on the fence about going there, don’t hesitate.
Store is well stocked and clean. Staff is always welcoming, friendly, and asks if I need help.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Vitamin Shoppe location( Point Loma). The sales associate — a skinny man wearing glasses — was extremely rude. While I was asking him a question (twice!), he walked away without answering or even acknowledging me. That level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
