I've been going to see Gabriella for the better part of 9 months and all I can do is sing her praises. She is professional, efficient, and always kind and understanding. She knows what she's doing, and her waxes are the least painful I've ever experienced. I was under the impression waxes would always be incredibly painful, but with Gabriella, I was shocked when they were nothing but a quick and mild pain. When I first read her reviews, I was skeptical, but I'm shocked at the difference in pain between her and other waxers I've been to. She takes care to ensure you're comfortable, her space is clean and calm, and I've grown pretty fond of chatting with her during my appointments. I never thought I'd be belly laughing while getting waxed. Honestly, I'm over the moon every time I leave. Don't hesitate, she's amazing (but also, don't take my appointments!).
