We moved from outside the country and so were planning to buy a house sight unseen having never really set foot in Madison before. Charlie met with us and asked all the right questions to get to know us and what we were looking for (which even we barely could articulate at the time!) We have been in our house for a few years now and are constantly thanking our lucky stars that we met with the Wills Agency.
