I hired Thomas's Catering to provide catering services for my daughter's graduation party. From beginning to end, everyone I came into contract with was friendly and professional. Melissa Thulin, Sales Office Manager & Event Coordinator, was so helpful in assisting us with planning the menu, determining how much was needed for the number of guests, and she answered my millions of questions with a smile. The staff who worked the actual event were efficient, professional and extremely helpful. They made sure to remind me when to start the food service, and to cut the cake. One of them even made sure I ate something! Two things that the staff did that I didn't expect was to go around collecting empty plates and cups and disposing of them, but they also cut the cake for me. This was truly an amazing, flawless experience. I received multiple compliments on the food and helpfulness of the staff. I was even asked for Thomas's Catering business cards which I happily handed out. Big thanks to Thomas's Catering for making my event such a great success. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and to recommend them to others.
The business I work for uses Thomas’s for dinner events we have so they were the first place I called for my baby shower! I was hesitant because of the distance in location, but we still went with them and I don’t regret it at all. From the start, Melissa was incredible with her constant communication and we appreciated her allowing us to make a couple changes from the menu to better accommodate what we were looking for overall. I had so many people ask where the food was from and followed the question with glowing reviews of everything! The woman who dropped it off was so kind and left everything looking so nice. She let me know where the additional pans of food were and made sure I didn’t have any questions before she left. My only regret is not having you guys leave business cards because so many people were intrigued and curious! I will definitely recommend Thomas’s and use them again in the future. Thank you for making our special event delicious! :)
We used Thomas's Hot Dog food van on July 27 for our son and future daughter in law's engagement party. It was the hit of the party! It was so much fun! Cameron and Paul arrived on time for setup and when the party started at 5:00 pm the food was ready. We had hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad, cole slaw, chips, and beverages. All were perfect, with guests commenting on how tasty the food was! Cameron and Paul were so friend and professional. They were able to bring the food van into our backyard and that made the party extra fun. Thomas's does everything for you...you don't need to provide anything! It was worry and care free! We worked with Melissa in the office to plan the party. She was wonderful. Her return calls and emails were always prompt and informative. She offered great suggestions on what to have on the menu. The contract and final count policies were very friendly and considerate. If you want to have a party where your guests walk away talking about how good and fun the food was, then use Thomas's.
Josh was amazing to work with! And the food was even more amazing at our wedding! Very reasonably priced when compared to others. The customization they allowed made the celebration so much better. They were very helpful the entire event and worked perfectly with our wedding venue (Blum Barn). We would definitely recommend!
Not only is Thomas’s Catering beyond beautiful, the people are truly amazing and make the experience just how incredible it is. The food is hands down the best food catered all across the board. Having had all kinds of different food served at parties hosted by Thomas’s, it does not get better than them! The decor they decorate with is absolutely beautiful and beyond classy and they always know how to throw in the most pleasing surprises to get the crowd going! I am so grateful to know Josh and his team and to have had so many parties catered and done by the teams talented work!
