I don't understand why Thrasher has five-star reviews. An exterminator came out to my residence to inspect the roof rat entryways. The exterminator was pleasant and emailed me a treatment plan with the estimated cost. Well, it has been three weeks, and I have not heard a response from anyone at Thrasher. I called three times and emailed. I'm done. I'm happy for the customers who have positive experiences with Thrasher. Unfortunately, I didn't have those experiences. I'll go back to one of the national pest control franchises.
Jacob nailed it!! He came in & we explained to him the ant infestation we'd been having the last 2 weeks. He listened carefully to what we had to say & proceeded to act on the data & descriptions we gave him. He explained clearly on what he was going to do inside our kitchen and outside. After spraying around the kitchen baseboard & under the sink by our garbage can, he then went outside where he looked for, and immediately found & followed the trail of ants to a V-shaped notch covered with leaves in our Japanese Maple tree. He then explained to us what he was going to do to eliminate the nest, which was to spray directly onto the nest & create a "kill zone" around the tree to prevent the ants from leaving the nest. Before he left, he gave us a couple of ant baits to use if & when the ants show up again. He explained how to store the traps so we wouldn't attract more ants. All in all, a job very well done. He was pleasant, professional and seemed to enjoy his work. I would strongly recommend Jacob to anybody who has an infestation problem. Thank You
