My first visit, it was a great relaxing practice and sound bath to mentally prepare for my week. They have a beautiful little shop with a variety of sound bowls, bells for sound healing. Our instructor was so friendly and kind we will absolutely be back!

The space is calming, the people are warm and welcoming, and the instructors — especially Sher and Hope — are simply amazing. Their guidance has helped me deepen my practice and find balance both on and off the mat. Every class feels like a reset for my mind, body, and soul. I’m so thankful for their kindness, their patience, and the supportive community they’ve built. This studio has become such an important part of my self-care and growth, and I look forward to continuing my journey here. Super cool little spot. Super great teachers 😁. Went for a birthday event, had a great time . The sound baths are spectacular, the energy calm and welcoming. Also got to experience Reiki!

I have loved every breathwork or meditation session I have experienced at Through Breath. Sher and Hope both create such a welcoming, positive, and engaging environment. What I love most about Through Breath is the sense of community and support. They host community events like monthly potlucks, clothing swaps, and anniversary celebrations that foster a sense of community. The yoga at Through Breath tends to focus more on connecting to the breath, mindfulness, body awareness, and sensing energy rather than trying to get into particular poses or move through yoga poses quickly. This type of yoga is great for any skill level including beginners and those looking to use yoga as healing/supportive modality for illness. I have been supported in recovering from a severe illness through my regular engagement with the sessions at Through Breath. I highly recommend the sessions and facilitators. They also bring in guest yoga instructors for sound baths, ecstatic dance, and reiki. Check out this amazing community. You will not be disappointed.
