To whom it concerns, Lately the service and, prices have not reflect the level of standards you guys offered in the past. I work 3rd shift I would get mine luxury vehicle washed atleast 3 times a week especially in the morning around 8 am ish. For the past few month there are cones in the morning put up longer able to get my car washed clearly past 8 am. When it wasn't a issue in the past. You usually have 2 or 3 attendants one greets you with a smile and, one soaps up your car other line-up your car scrubs the front and back also tires. That is no longer the case. Nowadays I see one who looks over worked an not happy to assist. The older gentlemen with glasses used to be friendly and, welcoming not so much again I would come atleast 3 times a week so I'm a regular. The car also seems to not get as clean as it used to be its leaving streaks and, tires are barley getting shine or clean. I have been trying to contact your business number that you have on Google. I get some Ai voice and, put on hold for way to long with no answers to my concerns. I was charged the highest subscription rate. When I spoke to your attendant I specifically told him I wanted to paid something around 20 bucks a month including tax. Got my bankstatement its shows I was charged $50. I'm not happy with the service would like a refund would like to discuss this matter with you.
Starting off, the kid did not line up my vehicle correctly, and the rims got scratched on my luxury vehicle. I said, what's that noise? He said, it's just the tires, rubbing. HE TRIED TO LINE THE TIRE UP BETTER.BUT THE RIM HAD ALREADY BEEN SCRATCH. In addition, the car wash did not clean the car well.There was brown watermarks and cleaning stripes all over the back and front of car. The vacuum is not efficient for use like other south HSV car washes. The shape and Suction is difficult to work with. Towels were cold and wet and left marks on my windshield. I enjoy cleaning my vehicle, and the labor of it, but this place is sub par for the price. .Save your money and go to other S. Huntsville car cleaning companies. They clean your vehicle much better, have dry towels, line your car up correctly, and don't leave dirty water on your vehicle, and cleaning marks from the plastic mechanism that spins. This place is a disappointment.
I stopped by Tidal Wave for the first time the other day after having a membership with another car wash, and I was really impressed! My car was pretty dirty, and the assistant site leader, Michael, went above and beyond to help me out. He didn’t just try to upsell me on the most expensive wash he actually explained the different options and recommended a lower package that would work better for my car. You can tell Michael is very experienced and knows exactly what he’s talking about. I really appreciated his honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa! The assistant site leader, Michael, was super helpful and friendly. He noticed I had left my gas tank and lid open before going through the wash and saved me from making a big mistake. Really appreciated his attention to detail and kindness you can tell he cares about the customers. Great service all around
Largely unimpressed. Great staff, but the drive through just did not clean my truck well. Only $20 but did not clean the wheels or the wheel well very much and the sides were still dirty. The vacuums here are fantastic though.
