I have used Tim Whistler Plumbing on several occasions and in my opinion, they are at top-notch. My most recent experience was with a hot water heater overflow tank. I would not hesitate to use them again or I would recommend anybody to use them.
We have been very happy with all Tim Whistler plumbing work at our house. Each technician is competent, and they know when to call for additional help. We had Kevin answer the plumber call. We quickly learned he is a very good plumbing technician. He has a positive attitude. A challenge does not throw him "off-game". He is calm & mature. We like him as our plumber.
We have used Tim Whistler Plumbing on numerous projects in our home, from plumbing upgrades to repairs. Our recent experience with them capping a gas line to our range was exceptional service as usual. (We upgraded to an induction range) Chris arrived on time and explained the work as he was completing it. Very knowledgable and professional. We appreciated the high level of customer service provided and the quick response from the office in setting up an appointment to accommodate our schedule. We definitely use them again
Chris from Tim Whistler Plumbing did a great job. He went out of his way to get the right parts for our specific toilet and diagnosed & fixed our kitchen leak quickly and efficiently. He told me the price ahead of time and was friendly and cordial. Thanks so much for a job well done!
Had a leaky pipe so I called this company. Their customer service team is top-notch, friendly, and helpful. They were able to send someone out immediately to diagnose my issue and offered to repair on the spot. I was not sure as I wanted additional quotes from other companies, and they were very understanding and supportive. They said to call them if I was interested in going with them, and I'm sure I did! When I set up the appointment, the next availability was like 1-2 weeks later, but they said they would let me know if an earlier spot opened up. Sure enough, they did and called me the next day, and I was able to have working pipes within a few days. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient - p.s. I'm deaf and they had no problem with communicating with me via relay service and in person using auto-transcribed from voice to text. I would definitely use their service again if I run into an issue again, HOPEFULLY NOT! Their technician, Mike, was equally awesome as their customer service. Highly recommended and you won't be disappointed!
