Timezone Haymarket is a great spot for families. My kids really enjoy the place — there’s a huge variety of games to keep them entertained for ages. The venue is lively and well located, and the machines are generally well maintained. It can get quite busy at peak times, but overall it’s a fun and reliable place for a family outing.

Timezone Haymarket is a fun arcade tucked away on the top floor of this chill mall. The assortment of games kept me and my date amused for several hours. The staff was helpful and fun - special shoutout to Lenny and Ting for the good vibes. Definitely worth checking out.

When I started playing this game, there was no ticket been counted to my card even there were lots of tokens dropped. Then I won one of the jackpot game and got all tokens from the platforms on both the left and the right. Still no tickets has been counted to my card. After delaying for 5 minutes, finally it counted but only 600 tickets. With all these tokens but only 600 tickets?? Called the staff, showed her this video. She said it was a new machine, even they didn't know the ratio but it is not 1 token to 1 ticket. She said I only used 4 taps and won 600 tickets was very decent. If I am not happy with the payout, she can deduct the tickets and refund my credit. How often you can get a jackpot? Regardless how many taps I've used, it is a jackpot!! After she tested the machine, confirmed it was faulty. She did not offer any compensation to my jackpot. I didn't complaint about spending over $120 credit to get one blind box prize which can be bought at $25 from Miniso. I didn't complaint about the other machine keep reducing the jackpot payout, the Sponge Bob one cut from 1000 tickets to now only 650 tickets. Timezone keeps increasing the price per play but decreasing the jackpot payout. It is a big scamming company.

Amazing Experience – Big Thanks to Ting! Timezone is always a blast, but our recent visit was made extra special thanks to Ting, one of the staff members. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and went out of his way to help us when we had questions about the games and card loading. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. The arcade itself is clean, well-maintained, and packed with fun games for all ages. From claw machines to arcade games and ticket redemptions, there's something for everyone. The prize counter is generous and offers a wide variety of options. We’ll definitely be back—and hoping to see Ting again! Great customer service really makes a difference.
