Came in to get a valve stem replaced. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a fella named Dillon Toews and he went above and beyond to get my tire fixed for me in a solid 5 minutes. In and out. Absolutely unreal service from these gentleman! 10/10 would recommend these guys
Had an appointment set up by Moe and Darryl for a level, wheels and tire package on my truck. Left the keys and they had it done in a few hours. Pricing was transparent and the team is very hard working and service driven. I am very satisfied with the high quality of service and wide selection of tires, wheels, and accessories available.
I've seen this place driving down the road a couple times but didn't think anything of it until I got a quote from another tire place that I'd try this tire place. I delt with a gentleman name Dylan, he helped me with finding some winter tires and nice rims for my Outlander. Showed him the quote from the other tire place and he beat that price. I came in on a Saturday around 9am and Dylan said he can have the tires ready for pick up at the end of the day. I said "Shoot I have a meeting at 1pm, I'm not sure how long my meeting is going to be and I'm willing to pick them up on Monday." Dylan insisted and said he can have them ready by noon for me. I came back at noon and as promised they were ready. Very impressed, this is the first time coming to Tire Capital and I'll be returning for future tires. Pictures provided of what I got.
Very happy with the work Dillon did for me on my new generation Toyota Tundra at Capital Tire on St Albert Trail. New lift, tires, rims, and fender flares. He had some amazing deals on all these accessories and Capital didnt have to but met me on some competitor pricing as well. Very smooth process when I had my work completed as I was in and out of the shop in a day. Not the first family member that has bought here. Appreciate being able to trust a reputable company that not only warranties parts but their work as well. And Capital Tire is a family owned business that has been around for many years. I had a light pop up just before retorque they took the time to make sure everything was ok with the trucks system, went over their findings, and cleared the code for me. Thank you for the fine customer service.
