One of the kindest persons I have come across is Derek, the owner here. I dropped in without an appointment close to their closing time, yet Derek and his teammate accommodated me without any questions. Although the nature of the leak in my tire was complicated, they professionally fixed it in no time. And to my surprise, Derek did not charge me for the service at all. That shows they are doing business for the long term and not short term. I appreciate their help and service and will definitely keep going back for all my tire needs. Highly recommended. Do not use this shop, they are scammers. I brought my car in for a tire change. They called me letting me know that the car needed an immediate $600 service/part change. The car had been serviced 2 weeks before hand by the manufacturers dealer so I had a feeling this was incorrect. There was nothing wrong with the car before dropping it off except for needing the winter tires changed over. I let them know that I would get a second opinion. When I picked the car up there was suddenly an awful vibration. Got the second opinion and found out they just didn’t bother balancing the tires and most likely hoped I would return for the expansive replacement.
I used to be a regular customer here for tire change and car service. Darren used to make me wait for days for tire change. One time, they kept my car and gave me back next day. Today, I lost my patience and I have no regrets! The shop was saying open and I kept making loud noises but nobody came out. Everything was locked!They should not book time to serve people if they cannot be respect their client’s time. Owner did call me back and offer to change tires for free after I left the shop BUT I DECLINED his offer.Time is more valuable than saving money folks.So, go where people value your time! I’m done with this place!!!!!
Hooked us up on a Saturday afternoon when most other places were closing, and gave us an incredible deal on a tire; the service was super quick also!! 10/10 recommend!!!
I woke up for work and found my car had a flat tire. Called CAA and they were only able to pump the tire up and I had limited time to get to a tire shop. I called the shop and prior to opening hours the call picked up, he acknowledged my concern and told me to come in right away. I pull up to the shop and the gentleman are just opening up, the graciously prioritized my needs and opened the garage up. Within 10 minutes my tire was patched up, the gentleman quoted me $20 cash but I didn’t have it on me. Tried offering other ways to pay and he told me it was on the house. Despite other reviews left, I had a great experience. First time customer but I’ll always remember the way they treated me in that moment. Thanks!
