Have dealt with these guys a few times now. My latest experience was 10/10. Inquired on 2 used tires for my Jeep. Had 1 available so only needed 1 new one. When I came back a 1/2 hr later he said they found a second used tire for me !! From 2 new tires at @$270. I walked out the door with 2 like new tires for @$140.00. One of the technicians dented my door while on the alignment machine. I was assured they would make it right but after talking to at least 5 different employees across the owners 2 businesses no one has reached out to me. This shop was also unable to get my TPMS light to turn off after several rounds of resetting and telling me to go drive it for 15 miles. No other solutions were offered. I purchased 1 new sensor and was assured the others were fine. Now I am unable to to disable my traction control going into the winter season with the TPMS light illuminated.

I love Tire World Discount! After 10 years coming to see Sammy, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for wheel alignment. They have a new alignment machine that is spot-on, and they get everything done quickly. The prices are also very competitive… $65 cash for an expert alignment cannot be beat! With a huge selection of new and used tires, and a network of family tire shops all across Cleveland, you are set. Plus more rims than I’ve ever seen. It can get busy sometimes so maybe give Josh a call, he’ll take care of you. I just want to thank everyone for all the years of great service … my trucks thank you!
Great experience! I originally went in just for tires, but ended up getting both rims and tires thanks to the unbeatable price and the staff’s knowledge. They did an awesome job—really appreciate these guys!
