Titan Pets & Wildlife Solutions is excellent at selling their services and collecting payment but that’s where the professionalism ends. They promptly scheduled the initial visit after requiring a 50% upfront payment, and conveniently collected the remaining 50% immediately after that first visit. However, once payment was complete, communication and follow up through completely stopped. Per their own service agreement, a follow-up visit was supposed to occur within a couple of weeks to include sanitation and disinfecting services. It has now been over two months since they installed a cage/tunnel in my attic, and that follow-up has never happened. To date, three follow-up appointments have been scheduled. Not once did anyone show up. Not once did I receive a phone call, email, or any notice of cancellation. When I called to ask why they didn’t appear, I reached a call center overseas where I received repeated apologies but no answers, no accountability, and no resolution. I am still waiting for a promised callback after the first, second and third missed appointment. I took three separate days off work, stayed home for hours each time, and was completely ignored. This is not just poor service, it’s a complete failure to honor a signed agreement. I am posting this review to formally request a refund, as Titan Pets & Wildlife Solutions has not fulfilled the terms of their own agreement. I strongly recommend choosing another company. The high ratings may look convincing, but my experience suggests otherwise.
J was excellent at explaining everything in great detail to help with our mice issue. He didn’t try to sell us on a crazy amount of repair work and is helping us handle the situation within our budget. Super nice guy and looking forward to working more with him!
Dennis came to our home to follow-up on a job well done and completed by Titan back in December. We were not at home because of some miscommunication. He contacted me by phone to let me know that it was okay and to just call and reschedule the service. He was polite and courteous at all times and was eager to make sure we were satisfied.

I'm expressing my gratitude for the attention, the detail, the kindness, patience and the professionalism she provided. Giving me a detailed explanation of the service and allowing the customer to ask questions and explaining in a manner that was understood. I Sincerely Thank You. My neighbor, Tony, told me about this company a few weeks ago and told me if I ever had a pest problem, to contact Titan. Never thought I’d have a pest problem until I found a yellow jackets nest on my deck. I told Tony about this and had referred me to Sean with Titan. Sean came out and successfully removed this hornets nest in his bee suit.. and did it on a Sunday morning. Could not have been happier with this service. Highly recommend this company!
