I must say this was the highlight of my Vegas trip. This was not a sushi restaurant or a Thai place doing raw marinated fish, but I honestly had the best hamachi I have had all year here. The fish was smooth and delicate, not fishy or greasy at all, and the truffle oil with yuzu seasoning was incredibly fragrant. The Flat Iron steak had a nicely seared crust and was seasoned simply with coarse sea salt, staying hot and juicy from the first bite to the last thanks to the sizzling plate. The branzino exceeded my expectations with a crispy exterior, tender inside, and a balanced mix of nuts, spices, and lemon that still kept the natural fish flavor, and the street corn on the side was simple but very addictive. Midway through the meal, the entire room suddenly went quiet when a fire performance started right in front of us, which was unexpected and impressive. Dessert came with blue flames and sparklers, and my favorite was the strawberry mini cake since it was not overly sweet. With the DJ, the food, and the performance, the whole experience felt very Vegas in the best way.

I came here for my friend’s bachelorette and it ended up being the perfect spot for the night. The vibes were great and the drink presentations were amazing. They were able to accommodate vegetarian which I really appreciated. The food was good and definitely solid, nothing incredible, but the desserts were easily the highlight. The space itself is beautiful and the energy is really fun. They usually have a fire performance, but since we were seated in a private room we could not see it which was disappointing. Overall a good experience and a great place if you want a vibey dinner

We had a lot of fun here! Food was amazing! Petite fillet and Branzino was 10/10 very tender and juicy. The hamachi and sashimi was delicious. Don’t forget the dessert too, amazing! They also give you sparkles on table. The servers are very friendly and attentive, we enjoy our night out. Maybe I’ll come back for a date night 😀

I want to start by saying the hamachi here was probably the best bite I have ever had. It hit the spot to say the least. The service was amazing as well our server (Mike) was very good and any questions I had he answered. I had to ask the back servers name because Paul absolutely killed it! Any time that I needed anything at all he was there. 11 out of 10 experience!!!

My overall experience at Toca Madera for lunch was simply Amazing ! It's not a typical brunch place you'd expect as they play live music (DJ) while you're dining in at the restaurant. Frankie (server) was very hospitable and was very helpful to provide the best recommendations for brunch options. My personal favorite was the Beef Enchiladas, French Toast, and the Churros. Overall service was fantastic and the ambiance of the restaurant makes it relaxing that it feels you're outside of the busy Las Vegas Trip. Importantly, I would like to thank Marc (Manager) for making this reservation possible and for our party to experience the restaurant first hand. We'll simply visit again in the future !
