Tomlinson’s is the BEST!!!! I called a few weeks ago to ask a question about my puppy’s food. Elle answered and was exceedingly helpful over the phone. I decided to come into the store to chat more about what food to feed my puppy as I was switching her to a raw diet. Elle was SO helpful and kind. From talking me through all their raw food options and brands and educating me on treats, kibbles, and ingredients, I was truly so impressed and grateful! My puppy has been eating raw food and healthy treats I bought for her that day, and I can tell she feels great. Her behavior and health are doing so well. Thanks to Tomlinsons for being awesome and shoutout Elle!
I love Tomlinson’s and have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now. When I went into the Airport location today - Elle helped me, and made me feel well looked after while getting some extra nutritious foods to help my pup recover from surgery. Great customer service, kind and caring team all around.
Everyone I have interacted with has been so helpful and very patient. They answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Such a delightful business with staff who are extremely knowledgeable and empathetic to concerns about the cost of pet food. They tailored options to my budget and concerns. I have already been very impressed!
I have gotten dog food delivery from Tomlinsons for years and been 100% satisfied. Recently my dog was having some stomach issues, not bad enough to go to the vet, but I was seeking advice on trying a different dog food, or something that might help. I was really blown away by the responsive, caring staff. They had great advice, and frankly, that was all we needed. She is all better now.
