Ashlee for my move‑out cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I found the company through Google Maps, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The cleaning took about three hours, and they let me know in advance when they expected to finish, which made everything so convenient. They also used a checklist to show me exactly what had been cleaned, which made the service feel even more professional. Overall, they were friendly, thorough, and very easy to work with. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

I hired Ashley for a "Deep Clean" of my apartment after sending photos beforehand. Unfortunately, the service did not meet professional standards. Despite being a deep clean, many areas were missed entirely, including under the fridge/stove, under couches, the top of the fridge, door frames, and the shower rim. My 1960s room divider was left covered in dust, and it was only offered to be cleaned once the team had already packed up to leave. Most concerning was the lack of proper supplies. I had to provide my own mop, and they lacked a step stool for high cleaning. They also used an all-purpose lemon cleaner on my high-end wood furniture instead of proper polish. Additionally, the mop water was never changed, resulting in dirty water being spread across the floors. I was also pressured to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a discount, which I found unprofessional. For $300, I expected a much higher level of care and professional equipment.

What can I say! My family is forever grateful for ashlee & her team! We have consistently had Cheyenne for the last 6 months and I feel like she is an extension of our family and has learned and adapted to the needs of our home and our two pups! They continually go above and beyond and you can tell they truly take pride and passion in their work. The attention to detail is unmatched from other companies. I have and will continue to recommend top grade a cleaning to anyone we know for regular cleanings & deep cleans! If you’re thinking about taking the leap please do!

I requested a deep cleaning and they did not disappoint! I really needed some assistance while being away back home for awhile. & I left my home pretty messy due to not being able to catch up mentally and physically with two toddlers running around. & they totally delivered. Especially with the budget I was on, they had no problem working around it as I am a first time inquirer. I appreciate them so much! especially with how fast they responded as well. Definitely will be requesting for their service again.
