Our first Escape Room, so we don't have others to compare it to. We appreciated that there was a Groupon for the Atlantis for 5 people at Top Tier in Oceanside, or we probably would have passed. The gal at the front desk was helpful and answered all of our questions. The room (s) had fun vibes although there were some broken items. The clues were helpful and got us through our challenge in less than an hour. The puzzles were interactive and imaginative. So glad we took our teens and did this together. Would definitely recommend!

So much fun! My first time in an escape room, with my son and his family. Three different generations all had a blast…it kept our interest and was just difficult enough. Definitely recommend

Have done 2 rooms here - Outside In and Pirates. Really enjoyed both. Rooms feel original, hand crafted, interesting puzzles and mechanics. Owner and staff are super friendly, overall just a really great operation.

The best escape room I've done! The setup was so realistic compared to others, and the puzzles were very clever. Great customer service with quick safety brief. I had so much fun with my early teen son and nephew. Such a blast! Will definitely try their other rooms.

We came here the day after doing a VR escape room and decided to take on Operation Avalanche, which we were told was their hardest room. With plenty of wins under our belt, we were excited for the challenge. The first room was fairly straightforward, though it didn’t seem to tie in much with the “secret agent” theme. Once we moved into the second area, things werw confirmed it felt less like being undercover agents and more like stumbling into a hunter’s lodge with a bomb. We worked through several puzzles, but one in particular left us stumped. The “code word” puzzle wasn’t very clear on how to use the answer once decoded, and we had to ask for help. We ended up using two hints total and still felt like we were more fumbling through than solving in a cohesive flow. The puzzles themselves didn’t always connect well, and while we’re used to red herrings and tricky setups, this felt more disjointed than challenging. We did escape and technically got the win, but we’re counting it as a personal loss since we needed outside help. Nothing in the room was especially unique compared to other escape rooms we’ve done, but we’d recommend clarifying the instructions on that “code word” puzzle to make it more intuitive. Overall, it was a decent experience, but if you’re looking for a room with strong thematic flow and innovative puzzle design, this one might leave you wanting a little more.
