Tarun made the process of getting help with a holiday party easy, and Ramis (not sure of spelling) was a really nice young man who kept the event running smoothly and was a tremendous help. Recommend!
Tarun and Leslie were outstanding. Tarun has a wonderful communication style. He listened to what we needed and connected us to just the right person. Leslie was absolutely ideal for our event. She was so attentive and friendly and tuned into making everything flawless. She even arrived early and afterwards, after she was ready to go- thought of an additional way she could help. Amazing! We couldn't be happier.
I had an amazing experience with Top Waiter at my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen! The team provided us with an incredible bartender, Karen, and a wonderful server, Dulce — both of whom went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable. Karen was friendly, professional, and made the most delicious drinks — everyone loved her energy and attention to detail. Dulce was just as amazing — she made sure everything ran smoothly, always with a smile and perfect timing. The entire Top Waiter team was reliable, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch service that truly elevates an event. Thank you for helping make the celebration so special!
The staff arrived promptly. At least 30 mins before their start time. They were there to work and get the job done. They made sure everything was completed before they left. Stayed an additional hour without being asked but knowing it was needed. I will definitely use this company again. Tarun was highly professional from the start. He called me as soon as I posted and stayed in constant communication to ensure our needs we met. I commend this company whole heartedly and trust me, I’m a tough critic.
I dont even know where to start from.. when booking with this company, i was very happy with responses i got. I tired my best, to explain and make sure everybody understands their responsibilities. The day before the party, i spoke with Geo, went over the plan, confirmed everything, asked if they have any questions, just to make sure everything was done properly, and he told me they understood it and there is nothing to worry about. After our conversation, i made a timeline - explaining what needs to be done. Day of the party, everything was coming out later than expected. They took around 40 mins to plate the meat, and when they brought it, meat, veggies, fish were COLD! And obviously none of the guests will eat it cold. I had to text or verbally remind all the time ; to bring sodas as you can see on the attached screenshot from our conversation. After the party, when it was the time to pay, i paid them cash , and in the morning received a call from their “boss” that according to Geo, i never paid them anything. The only detail they forgot, is that there were cameras all around :) The day after the party, we discovered that all the salads, appetizers etc were thrown away, without our permission. And whatever was left, they put all together , like rice, olives and pickled vegetables… I have no words to describe how upset i am with their service. Dont waste your time, have someone better serve for your party. There are way better companies out there.
