Such a great experience! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I walked out feeling wayore beautiful then when I arrived! I will most definitely be returning!
I came here to get a full face wax before my upcoming wedding - Mackenzie was fantastic! The place itself is very relaxing. The wax they use was great and wasn’t as painful as other places I’ve been before. Redness has subsided much quicker already compared to what I’ve experience from other places. Excited to go back an experience a facial at some point!
I was trying to find a great gift for my wife this anniversary and knew she loved this spa. I was a little hesitant to try and buy any products on my own but didn't feel like a gift card was personal enough. I went in and was lucky enough to get a minute with the lead esthetician Cari and she walked me through the product lines, helping me pick products my wife loved! I want to add it was the end of the day right before closing but she was kind enough to take her time and help me. Great experience and I'll be back for future gifts.
I’ve been to many different places across the country to get facials, but no one ever gave me an answer to my skin issues. I’ve been having small bumps on my skin for a while, and previous aestheticians kept saying I should just cleanse and exfoliate more… TOSKA SPA finally gave me the real reason: my skin is highly dehydrated and the products i’ve been using were not for my skin type. My aesthetician (unfortunately I forgot her name) recommended new products. I’ve been using them for 2 weeks and my bumps are almost gone!!! Highly recommend this place. And it’s worth the money for how well educated the staff is. Of course, the space is also beautiful. Note: all the basic facials do NOT happen in a private or closed room. At first it felt weird to me to be treated in an open area with others, but during my facial I did not mind at all.
Great experience! The spa itself is BEAUTIFUL. So nicely decorated. They offer facials exclusively but there are different ones to choose from depending on your needs and skin type. I got the purifying and she did microdermabrasion and put different products on it. I left feeling so refreshed! It took about 30 minutes and was soooo relaxing the whole time. I had Olivia and she was really good! The beds are next to each other in the big room but it's peaceful- the estheticians don't excessively talk, so I could just relax and listen to the soft music. I saw another review about the over selling of products , so I was worried about that. I noticed that after every facial, they bring each customer over to the product area and give them recommendations. I got recommendations on my skin type but I did not feel like I was being over sold. She had 4 products, explained them and just put them up at the desk when I was checking out. He asked if I wanted to purchase them but I never felt pushed into buying anything. It is a little pricy but it had a luxury feel and I think they did a good job. Everyone was super nice and they gave me lemon water in a glass while I was waiting. I may not return as frequently as they recommend due to the price, but I would go back!
