Read us for stupid. Ridiculous oil change price. And came with total different diagnostic data totaling $4k+. Needed only a Camshaft sensor for $40. Midas has free diagnostics. Even autozone stores. They charge us $160.
These guys are really nice. They provided updates on the part they were waiting for all along the way so that I could plan on when I would have my car back. Super friendly, responsive and good service. Definitely will go back!
Omg these guys here just saved my life, I’m not from nowhere near around here and I still got 2 1/2 hr drive to get home. Not only did they get me in quick to check my car out but they also gave very great customer service. I dealt with Josh and he was amazing. These guys definitely deserve a 5 star. Absolutely great customer service to start, I can’t express enough how knowledgeable, time efficient, honest these guys are! These guys fixed our vehicle with very short notice with added tasks and during a holiday week! These guys are awesome! Highly recommend and will be a continuous customer from here on out for all of my vehicles!
I’ve waited a month before writing this because I wanted to make sure both cars were still running smoothly. Thankfully they are & I can’t tell you how impressed I was with all of the people and services at Total Auto Repair. Over Thanksgiving weekend both of my kids used cars were in bad shape. One was taken to a different shop and we were told needed a new engine. Cut to the chase, we took it here for a second opinion and they fixed it for under $500. Both of these cars have been chronic money pits and for the first time ever they are both running well! This place is amazing!
