Stopped in after leaving my pre workout at home. I was a bit unfamiliar with the selection but Ian was very patient and explained everything well.
This is the best location & I say that every time I go. Everyone is knowledgeable & very friendly. Today I had a session with my dietitian & we developed a plan to pair with my trainer’s plan. I showed Rob my list of potential supplements & he immediately grabbed them. He also answered all my questions regarding them & addressed some of my concerns regarding results. As someone that’s use to their competition aggressively trying to shove products into my cart, I really appreciated his dedication to my goals.
The knowledge that these guys have given me to make sure I am on the right supplements is priceless. I went to other nutrition or vitamin companies and they just hire anyone to key in at the register (but I will not say their name) but these guys are on it. It does not matter if the Manager Drew and Cyruss is there or any other staff. All are knowledgeable about their products. And the best thing is they are never rushing you or trying to make you buy something you will not need or trying to push the latest product on you. They make sure you have the right mix of what your body needs that you desire.

Absolutely love this place. I've been supplement shopping here for about three years now and don't see myself shopping at another supplement business anytime soon. One of the owners, Drew, has always been helpful with my questions about different products useful for my workout gains. Since my first very first visit here, he's always been sociable to the point it feels more like a personal relationship instead of a customer relationship. I stop by sometimes just to talk to him about life. As for the supplements here, there's something beneficial here for you no matter your workout goals whether it's to gain or lose weight.
