This place is always dangerous. It's a liquor store on steroids. A sinners Paradise. Cigars, liquors, wines ... The only thing I would recommend is having liquor specialists in the sections to describe and help with selection as there are way to many to choose from. It's fine if you always but the same stuff. But for adventurous people like myself, why should I but this bottle I've never heard of over this bottle??? Give me stories. Give me descriptions. Give me recommendations.
Hard to find parking during seasonal holidays busy time? Park on the west side of the valley location/building! Thank me later! Quick and easy to find what we were looking for with one heck of a variety! Our cashier was a fantastic older gentleman who just made it feel small town. Still have that hallmark vibe!
This store is so well organized. I have a whole new appreciation for organization in stores because I have been doing Instacart. It gives me a different perspective, and if I had to give an award for the best organized store, Total Wjne & More would win. They would win in several categories.... cleanest store, welcoming, warm and friendly employees. It speaks volumes when you can feel that the people working there or anywhere really, when you can clearly tell the smiles and helpful, kind attitudes are authentic. To me, that is a company that treats their people right, and they feel valued. Those are the kinds of businesses I like to give my attention and business to. The prices are..... well.... Washington taxed and liter costs alcohol prices. Spends but not any more than other stores. They also have any type of alcohol your heart desires, imports, a huge selection of every kind of drink ingredient your heart desires and taste buds love. And I found this part really cool... so you know when you go to Costco around "that time"? You know, the sample tasting time? There was literally a tequila representative at the store today letting people sample new tequila flavors and brands. How cool is that? I will be coming to this store for any adult beverage need i have. I really enjoyed my shopping experience.
Good place with large amount of options of wine, spirits and beers. The distribution and order it's perfect to find the best option you're looking for. They also have a local beers of WA and Spokane area. Also commercial ones. The employees are so kind and happy to helping you. The prices are ok, it depends on every option. They have a good diversity of tequila, run, whiskey, liquor
Went in here to kill some time and ran into Paul. He was so helpful and friendly told us about a wine class and we signed up and went the next day. It was absolutely amazing, friendly knowledgeable and I got wine truly a blast to go to. Can’t wait for the next one. Everyone at total wine is always friendly. They have fantastic customer service.
