The only place I'll go from here on for Botox and lip filler. I've tried other places in the past and for the past few years I found my home with Leo. Lol. I've had bad experiences at other places but here it's perfect every time. And their monthly membership is well worth it!!! I'm pushing 50 but don't look it anymore ♥️
Leo is a master .. the support staff is so helpful .. informative—-if I had my before photo I would stare .. the transformation was 10 years .. he has an eye.. and a delicate approach - the results very natural .. I can’t say enough .. in addition the . Skin care products are top notch and so affordable . Wendy helped me - she can answer all questions !! This is a family business and they care! Sara followed up laying out my skin care instruction via text before I got to my car… helped me find applicable discounts from Alle — what a great experience
For over five years, Touch and Glow Med Spa has consistently been my choice for all beauty and spa treatments. Regardless of the service, the results are always natural, never appearing artificial or 'overdone.' Leo, his wife Wendy and their entire dedicated team are amazing. They always create a welcoming environment and provide an excellent experience.
My mother and I have been coming here for about 4 years, 2-3 times at least per year. Today, for the first time, we had to cancel our appointment with less than 72 hour notice since our car broke down on the way to the appointment. While my mom was calling AAA, I called to let them know we weren't going to make it. This is when I was lucky enough to speak with Wendy, the medical director and owner. She lacks empathy, and is willing to lose two customers over a $50 deposit. I wanted to reschedule, but in that moment, on the side of the road, wasn't the time for me to reschedule. Instead of putting her long standing customers first and their safety, she took time to explain to me that an hour was blocked and she was going to lose business. But then she also told me she was going to call others who weren't able to get in. None of this was necessary information. A simple "be safe and please call when you're ready to reschedule" would have gone a long way. TLDR: WENDY IS WILLING TO LOSE LONG TIME CUSTOMERS OVER A $50 DEPOSIT WHEN A LEGITIMATE EMERGENCY COMES UP Leo will also attack customers who post low star reviews and retell a story he was never even a part of. Check the yelp review comments form him. Great owner energy.
Leo and Staff are always so welcoming and attentive. The lobby is warm and inviting with low lighting and soft music to really set the tone. Rooms are clean and fresh. Leo truly listens to my needs and inserts in knowledgeable advice of services. Light handed and will periodically check in with me to insure I'm comfortable throughout my service. I have been coming to T&G for several years and each time; I've left with consistent results (depending on what treatment I received will determine after care) Thank you Leo and Team for taking such good care of me and supporting my needs each visit!
