I have been a member here for a little over a year now, and can confidently say that joining Train Insane has been the best move for my mental and physical health and personal training goals. Every coach really cares for the members, makes sure the programs can be modified to your specific levels and needs, and provides the best gym atmosphere (casual, not intimidating, not shaming, constructive). Nutritional coaching is offered as well on a flexible schedule and has helped many members, including myself, by not only guiding but TEACHING you how to achieve long lasting health goals. No easy steps, just straightforward work, but with support all along the way (thanks, Geoff!) I competed in my first powerlifting meet this year with several long-time members and our gym community was second to none in terms of support during the 12 week prep, with many members and all the coaches coming to the event in support. Women with PCOS, insulin resistance or anyone taking a GLP1 beware. This company doesn’t think you’re working hard enough and will tell you they don’t acknowledge your weight loss because it wasn’t “natural”. Find another gym who understand that GLP1s can assist those in their workout regiment
Don’t let the name scare you! People of all ages and levels workout here and the programming is adjustable to your level-it’s amazing. Nobody’s judgy, we’re like one big happy family. This is a boutique type gym that focuses on weight training with proper form layered with nutrition counseling if desired. It’s not the kind of gym where everyone’s checking themselves out in the mirrors. There are no mirrors. 🤪🤷♀️ just sayin’ And it’s literally every level. I’ve worked out with 80 year old women and 14 year old teens. You can practically do physical therapy here until you work your way up to doing the full workouts all the way to competing on stage in body building or actual Weightlifting competitions. Don’t make any decisions until you at least try this place out and give it at least a month to get a glimpse of the full experience.
If you’re looking for a great gym with knowledgeable coaches, and awesome people, this is the place to be there is no judgment. Everybody is so supportive of each other and the environment is so welcoming. I highly recommend train insane for your fitness needs.
