The service was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I did not make an appointment, however when I called they stated I could come right away.. I really appreciated that because I wàs in need of a deep tissue.. Dawn worked on me and provided some tips for my knotted tissue areas, she was very understanding and was very knowledgeable in her field.. I will be coming back and sending recommendations 🥰 Keep up the great work..
My boyfriend and I both got massages from here, and both our massage therapists, Dawn and Kimberly, were fantastic! We feel much better afterwards, and I loved the atmosphere in and out of the massage room.
I got a massage from Kimberly and it was ammaazzzing. I got frist facial from Anisah and i loved it. The ladies were so nice and caring. This was a Christmas present from my husband and I highly recommend going to them.. Im definitely going back to tranquility day spa. I need to set up an appointment with them.
First time at Tranquility for me after getting a gift card. I had a therapeutic massage with Dawn and she was PHENOMENAL (I've already scheduled my next one). 🤗 She helped relieve my tightness and gave me insight into why certain muscles were so sore because of tightness in other areas. She was friendly and compassionate from the moment I got there. The staff in general was welcoming and friendly.
Anisah was absolutely fabulous. I was really nervous to get waxed, and she was so reassuring, patient, and caring. She provided an excellent combination of candor and professionalism. I felt like she legitimately cared about her work, and was not just going through the motions. This spa is not particularly close to where I live, and I am a pretty hard sell when it comes to spending money on spa services, but my experience with Anisah pretty much made me ready to shell out the $ regularly for her services. One side note to the owner, the website is not especially easy to navigate or book on, I had to start over several times when trying to book...may be worth your time to consider a new booking platform. Just a friendly 2 cents from someone who works in digital production. :)
