Travis has been my personal trainer in central Edmonton for the last half a year. He is very knowledgable in lifting and how to do everything safely, along with adding some great knowledge in diet and nutrition to ensure you have a holistic plan. My main goal was to build my own knowledge so that I could feel secure and knowledgable going to the gym on my own, and he's done just that. He's able to adjust to what your specific goals are and to how you learn best. Definitely worth your time and energy to work with Travis!
