Instead of a long in-person walkthrough, they did a video conference tour and followed up with a clear, professional video proposal, which was refreshing and very easy to understand. It felt streamlined, transparent, and much more current compared to other companies we spoke with. Both phases of our move were handled smoothly. The crew was on time, professional, hardworking, and careful with our belongings. Communication was great from start to finish, and there were no surprises.
