RIP Mischa (Jan 1 2007. ~ Dec 28 2025) Had to help my charished life long friend cross the Rainbow bridge this past week, She was able to pass in my arms peacefully, stress-free knowing the person who loved her the most was with her till the end 💔🩷 I was quite the mess and unfortunately I can't remember any of their names , but the staff , Vet Technicians and Vet were all extremely welcoming, Compassionate very understanding and professional throughout the whole process. Thank you for helping me make sure Miacha was able to cross peacefully and comfortable. The facility is very nice, warm and welcoming with really nice private, large exam rooms and they are a 24 Hour emergency clinic
I've never had to deal with a pet emergency before. The first hospital we went to was callous and rushed to get us out. We came to trinity and I could not believe the level of not only care but COMPASSION. Every single staff member was invested in our pups wellbeing , as well as our own. We were blown away. We called to check on him and the lady asked if we'd like a photo of our boy??? Who does that? We were so happy to see some photos of him. She didn't have to do that, she did it because the people at Trinity care that much. Every single person involved seemed to be just as invested in our pups recovery and condition as we were. It didn't feel sterile. It didn't feel callous. It didn't feel like a business. It felt like warmth and compassion during a horrible time and even at the end our pup popped up to see the vet coming in because he liked her. That matters big time. Unbelievable service. Unbelievable employees. Unbelievable veterinary knowledge. If you're in your darkest time with your pet, bring them here. You will all be taken care of. I'm so glad we stumbled into those doors with our pup. We had no doubts when we had to make the decision. No ambiguity because they were so friggin smart and compassionate. I hope we never have to see you lovely people again, don't take that the wrong way 🤣 cannot recommend this place enough.
The staff at trinity are amazing!! They saved my cat's (freddie) life just over a week ago from a urinary blockage and just the ither day the removed a cancerous tumor from his paw and saved his leg! Freddie and us appreciate everything they have done from the care all the way to keep me informed and also emailing me through Freddie's eyes when he had to spend a couple nights there. SHERI, HEATHERand KIRA J were amazing and I'm sorry if I missed anyone, lol I am horrible with names.i had no insurance and the price was fair in my opinion and I definitely 100% recommend trinity to everyone! Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart!
I went to Trinity Hills for a cyst rupture on my dog, Molson. I chose them after a friend had great things to say about the treatment of her dog a year prior, both in service and cost. I cannot say enough amazing things about them. From over the phone to in person the staff were incredible. The front staff and techs were so good with Molson and he was so at ease. Dr. Heather was so kind and thorough. Yes we waited a few hours but that’s because he was less urgent than the other cases. When the bill came my jaw almost hit the floor in the best possible way. I’ve had regular vet checkups cost more than this emergency visit. I’m so impressed all around. They don’t price gouge and don’t do unnecessary procedures. Thank you so much from Molson and I!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VET HOSPITAL! Fenway had to go in for an endoscopy after swallowing a foreign object. This was my first time having to go to an emergency vet so to say my stress levels were high, is an understatement. Had a beyond unsatisfactory experience at a VCA 24 hour hospital, which had exasperated my stress even more. Once making the transfer to Trinity Hills, it was like the sunshine coming out on a miserable day. Dr Peyton was informative, positive and punctual with updates regarding our dog Fenway while he was staying with them while recovering from his endoscopy. She allowed plenty of appointment time for questions before procedure was done. She provided a time estimate of when he would be seen for his endoscopy, how long the procedure would last, as well as when he’d be ready for pickup. Every time frame mentioned, the 1-1:30 procedure time, the follow up phone call after being around 2:30-2:45 as well as the 6 pm pick up time, were accurate. The vet techs and receptionists were all warm and friendly. Special recognition to the vet tech who went over his post op procedures and medications. She was clear, concise and left lots of room for questions. Ideally we won’t have to see them sometime soon in the future, but if we have to go to another 24 hour vet they will be first on the contact list. Thank you all once again for your fantastic care and professionalism.
