I’ve been a faithful hot yogi for over a decade and I can’t recommend THY enough! No matter your experience level, you’ll find a welcoming, peaceful and positive environment to learn and grow. There’s a great variety of instructors so you can find the one whose style aligns with you the most, though there is so much value to all of their expertise! The music will motivate you, the energy will inspire you, and you will learn so much about yourself and your body in the process. I also have to shout out my favorite instructor Krissy who is such an incredible role model for the practice and who always pushes me to be the most intentional and thoughtful yogi I can be. LOVE THY!!!!
I have been going to True Hot for several years now and I honestly couldn't picture my life without it. The instructors are all phenomenal and if you go enough you feel like you are part of such a cool little family. Hot Sculpt classes M, W, F are the best!
I have been at this studio for almost 3 years and absolutely love it! The teachers are fantastic - knowledgeable, motivating and genuinely welcoming. The classes are challenging and hot in the best way and I always leave feeling accomplished and stronger. I've belonged to several hot yoga studios in the past and I can honestly say that not only are the classes the best but the sense of community is one I have not found anywhere else. I would highly recommend!
February 2026 it will be 8yrs we started at True Hot Yoga Arrowhead. It isTHE BEST STUDIO in the west Valley. We have been doing Yoga for over 18yrs. The staff and Teachers are Outstanding. The Vibe when you walk in is welcoming. The facility is ALWAYS neat and clean. Love the seasonal decorations. They have a variety of different classes. It is our second home. 🧘♀️🕉🧿🙏❤️❤️
Hands down the best hot yoga! The room is always heated to the perfect temperature, and the instructors are truly exceptional. I’ve been practicing here for over 15 years.
