I called several plumbers, and True Service Plumbing offered a reasonable price. Communication with the front office was timely and accommodating when scheduling. George, the plumber, was friendly, courteous, and worked efficiently installing new plumbing parts. He also accommodated a last-minute schedule change. Glad to have found a reliable, trustworthy plumber.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – Outstanding Service from Max & Jordan (True Service Plumbing) Max and Jordan from True Service Plumbing were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I first contacted them over the weekend. After carefully listening to the situation, they determined that it was not an emergency and scheduled a visit for the very next Monday afternoon—which I truly appreciated for their honesty and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were true professionals. They quickly identified the root cause of the issue and immediately explained that it was not a problem with my unit, but a building-wide (condo) issue. Most importantly, they did not charge me unnecessarily, which already set them apart from many plumbers I’ve dealt with in the past. When I struggled to explain the situation to condo management, Max and Jordan didn’t hesitate for a second—they literally walked with me to the lobby and personally explained everything to security and management on my behalf. Even when management continued insisting it was a unit issue, Max and Jordan strongly advocated for me and stood their ground with confidence and professionalism. Since I’m not very familiar with plumbing, Max went above and beyond by showing me photos and clearly explaining what was happening, step by step, and why this was undeniably a building issue. He made everything easy to understand and never made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. What truly impressed me was their care even after hours. When I reached out late in the evening, they responded kindly and promptly. The next day, they followed up again just to check if everything was okay. That level of care is incredibly rare. In the end, condo management finally admitted that Max and Jordan were right—it was a building issue—and they reimbursed all the plumbing costs I had paid. That outcome would not have been possible without the dedication and support of Max and Jordan. And on a very personal note: during a stressful moment when I was going back and forth with management, Jordan noticed my 2-year-old child and kindly played with her. Seeing Jordan sing “Baby Shark” to keep my child happy while we dealt with a difficult situation honestly moved me. That level of kindness meant more to me than words can express. I’ve used other plumbers before, and unfortunately many were cold, rushed, overcharged me, or simply said “it’s all in the report [no explanation].” Because of those experiences, I was honestly afraid to call plumbers again. But I was recommended True Service Plumbing—and I am so glad I listened. I am 100% satisfied with their service. From professionalism, honesty, clear communication, advocacy, to genuine human kindness—Max and Jordan delivered true service in every sense. From now on, if I ever have a plumbing issue again, I will only call True Service Plumbing. Highly, highly recommended.

Having used True Service before and been extremely happy with the experience, I called and on the very same day Max and Jordan came out to my house to address my plumbing issues. They were both kind, courteous, and professional, and got the jobs done promptly and for a very reasonable price. If you have any plumbing concerns, I cannot recommend Raymond and his team highly enough.
