Worst extension experience I have ever had. Went in for a refit and they did a “move up” I have never heard of anyone ever offering this before due to how bad it can be for your hair. At the time I was happy, until 2 weeks later my natural hair began falling out and the wefts ended up looking like this leaving me with tension alopecia. The attaché vide is 3 and a half weeks after refit. I typically get refits every 10 weeks with no issues Multiple other salons in the area where shocked when they saw the state of my hair suggesting I ask for my money back, when I called gustavo following up on an instagram message he had not yet opened he claimed to be a specialist and just laughed me off the phone, the most arrogant unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with, honesty shocking, 3 months later and he still hasn’t even opened my message
Every visit here feels like a mini makeover. The stylists are friendly, skilled, and really listen to what you want—my hair has never looked better.
Gustavo does a fantastic job on my hair! I always get compliments whenever he cuts my hair or dyes it! I've been going to hair stylists for years and Gustavo is the only one I'm 100% satisfied with. Most recently, I wanted red highlights and he did an amazing job! My hair also look healthy thanks to him ❤❤
Bounced around to many salons. Hand down THE BEST!!!! Had the most incredible experience here! I can not recommend this salon enough! They completely transformed my hair to beautiful, shiny, natural looking extensions. The salon was clean, the staff was friendly and punctual.
I can say so much but it would be a book long. So in a nutshell… they went above and beyond the call of duty and most important they delivered. I went there from a referral from a nurse who I said “who does your hair?” she responds Tundella HECTOR. Like I said it will have to write a book to give you all the amazing details but bottom line, my friends have been mesmerized to say the least and they only saw the results I EXPERIENCED it. I am now a new client and can’t wait to go back! 💗 P.S. There is no comparing this place to any other and this is coming from someone who has been at the top salons from all over the world. I am so grateful for finding this place and I know you will be as well. ⚡️🙏⚡️
