I went into Twiggs on a Monday for my sister’s funeral on Thursday. I didn’t know if it was possible on such short notice but Daniel dropped what he was doing to help me. He listened carefully to learn about who my sister was and asked if he could meet me at the church to make sure the arrangements were going to be perfect. Daniel created the most beautiful wreath and floral arrangements that took everyone’s breath away. I am so grateful to Daniel. I won’t go anywhere else now. His arrangements are works of art. They are and he is exceptional 💗

As a mostly blind vet in Houston I was having trouble finding a local florest to send to my Sister in the Hospital. I liked the name so I called and they couldn't have been better. They worked around my price range and delivered a beautiful gift that she absolutly love, and I couldn't be hapier. Great job ladies, I will definitely remember you in the future
My first experience with Twiggs, was when a dear friend sent me an arrangement for the birth of my daughter. The arrangement was breath taking and had unique elements that made it incredibly memorable. Now when I need a floral arrangement that is going to make a elegant statement this is my florist of choice. I have always had flowers delivered by them and today visited the location instead. Upon entering, the store made an impression of beauty and I was greeted immediately. The employee was very friendly and after I shared the price point I was looking for she directed me towards three arrangements. Once I chose the one I liked, I was able to exchange the roses for a different color and she took it in the back to spruce up the arrangement. I went on my way to the hospital, and while I tried to make my way across the street with flowers in hand and daughter’s hand in the other, I dropped the arrangement. I collected the flowers, returned to the store and asked if I could purchase a new vase. Twiggs went above and beyond by not only providing a new vase but rearranged the flowers back to the original beautiful presentation. Thank you Twiggs, this very friendly gesture made a very stressful day much easier. I will continue to be a customer for life. Extending my review from one year ago, I continue to be impressed with the florals and the customer service of Twiggs. My most recent experience was with sending florals to my mom. I described over the phone that I wanted neutral (white or cream) flowers with greenery and would love for them to have a fall feel. I quoted my price range and knew that Twiggs would deliver as usual. They again went above and beyond delivering the flowers the same day and presenting an absolutely beautiful arrangement that received compliments from the nurses and most importantly brightened my mom's day.
