I am very happy with the two arrangements we ordered to go in the top of my sister's matching urns for her celebration of life ceremony. We walked in and talked to Tracey on a Tuesday afternoon, bringing the two vases from the tops of the urns, described to her what we wanted. We were not too picky on exact flowers or colors, but let her know that my sister was a gardener herself, loved color, and loved fall. We needed them before Thursday morning for the ceremony. We were worried we cut it too close but had to wait to get the vases that are attached to the urns back from the funeral home. The next afternoon, Tracey called and said they were ready for pick up and they were flat out gorgeous! We could not be happier with the way they turned out. She even packed the two ceramic vases into a box so they would be easy to transport, which was some peace of mind for me since my elderly mother was picking them up and we needed to get them to the service the next day. For a flower shop that my mom just picked out from the internet because it was close by and local-owned, we are so pleased with how they turned out and will be using them again. My mom has lived in the area for decades but just now found Twigs. What have we been missing out on all these years?!?
I ordered the wildflower bouquet going off of the picture because it said “as shown” when i ordered it online. Description says flowers/colors depending on season. Understandable I know it’s not gonna be exactly as the picture. However, it feels like these are 2 different bouquets. Called and spoke with staff to clear up why, in the description it says “designers choice” which means they can pick what flowers they switch. There was nothing saying designers choice applied to every option. My friend enjoyed her surprise flowers, I just wish the online and real thing were at least a closer resemblance.
Extremely disappointed in the flower arrangement I sent to my sister. I order a wildflower style arrangement - even upgrading the bouquet. She received something that looked like it was picked out of a grocery store bucket. Nothing soft or whimsical about it. When I called to inquire and share my concern, the woman was rude and told me that gerbera daisy are considered wild because they “ grow in a garden or pot”! Incredibly disappointed not only in their arrangement but also their customer service.
I placed an order and 1.5 hours later I received a text from the recipient the beautiful flowers were delivered. Thanks, Twigs staff, for your courteous reception, professional arrangement, and speedy delivery.
We ordered an “All Things Bright” arrangement for the funeral of a close family member. It was put together by Tracy and was ready for us as soon as they opened. It was gorgeous and much more beautiful than the image on the website! We will be buying more floral arrangements from here in the future.
