I’ve been a customer for years. Was contacted about the Windows 10 support falling off this October and my unit was of an age that the Windows 11 wouldn’t work. Needed a new PC, had an exchange with Patrick, went with a Lenovo Think Pad. Seamless remote transfer of all my data, timely online exchanges on the open ticket.
