Beautiful store but rude people. Every time I go into this store , you are never greeted. They always act like they are so much better than you. Very disappointing because the store is super cute but makes me not want to buy a single thing the way they act.
I love this store. I especially loved the silver rings and the Burberry look alike earrings. One lady works there that is an absolute doll. Love her. But there is another lady, blonde hair and she is so cold and clipped. She acts like every customer is beneath her. I sure hope she’s not co owners with the nice lady. That wouldn’t be fair to her. But the actual merch is charming and unique
First time in there the other day, two lovely ladies greeted me and informed me of the store’s ongoing sale. Upon check out, I asked for recommendations for a local shop to go to for monograms, there was one older woman (blonde with a short cut) who definitely misheard me and told me that they do not do that anymore… my husband didn’t appreciate her tone in her answer and re-clarified my question once again to which she did give a rec. but didn’t seem the least bit apologetic to the way she answered. I think she’s completely unaware of how she may come off. I got some cute items, but this will deter me from frequenting their store a bit. We are new to town and this was a little disappointing considering everyone has been lovely…
Update: gave this place another try…absolutely no one acknowledged that we had walked in the door. The prices seem even worse than before their remodel. The markup is ridiculous!! The store is still way too small for the amount of product they have shoved in here. I’m all for shopping small business, but not this one. If you’re looking for some awesome decor go to Dee’s! Same products, plus a ton more for better prices. Definitely wont be back. I’ve only been here a couple times and it’s been forever since my last, but they seemed to be having a good sale…even though everything is still way overpriced! I forgot how small the store is, doesn’t make the shopping experience enjoyable when you’re constantly trying to squeeze by people or avoid knocking items over. The employees aren’t very welcoming or friendly either. There were a few people working. I’m assuming the owner and her daughter plus an older lady with absolutely NO personality. She completely ignored us while we stood at the checkout waiting. Only did she help when the owner told her to. They definitely have regular customers and it’s more than apparent they are partial to them. They should really work on making a more inviting atmosphere.
I have been a long time customer until I bought a dress for a birthday gift, and the dress did not fit. When I came to return it, I was told no return, it was a final sale item. No one tried to discuss it, just a quick we will not refund you or offer store credit. I was very surprised at the poor customer service and sharp remark. My 15 years of business quickly came to an abrupt ending. They just lost my business. Plus this service, was overheard by another lady, who also walked out. She said something in the parking lot, and I shared it was a surprise to me because the clientele that shops here I would want to keep. Reputation matters.
