We moved about 50 mi from our present home to our new home. The four guys and the two trucks they sent was just right to move everything that we owned. The guys were excellent, polite, hard-working and never wavered from their day-long workload. I enjoyed meeting them and working with them. I should mention the names that worked with us was Ethan, Zachariah, Jayden, and Oshaen, all excellent workers.
Punctual, attention to detail and very caring!!! They treat your belongings like they’re their own! Friendly and professional from start to finish. Emma, Jon and Trey made moving a pleasant experience! 5 stars doesn’t do them enough justice!
This is my third move with Two Men and a Truck and my first in Lincoln. They always deliver. Emma and her team were top notch. They overcame obstacles, were fast, careful, and pleasant all throughout the day. (Seriously, who else is ever in a good mood during a move? But they are!) Love this team and grateful from them getting me to my new home.
Horrible Moving Experience! When I booked the move I explained there would be 2 stops. The day of the move all 3 guys were made aware there would be 2 stops. The lead guy asked me to put masking tape on the furniture going to stop 2. When we arrived at stop 1 I advised them some of these items coming off the truck needed to go to stop 2. Lead guy said I cannot keep all this straight. When we arrived at stop 2, they delivered 4 pieces of furniture that should have been delivered to stop 1. When I told 1 of the guys these pieces should have went to stop 1, said sorry and placed the furniture at stop 2 anyways. After they left , I had to load up every piece of furniture delivered to the wrong location and deliver it to the correct stop. I have a small car so I had to make 4 trips to stop 1. When checking the furniture, my kitchen table was damaged, no wrapping done, the headboard I told them has some minor damage to be careful , they were careless and now the right side of headboard is coming away from the frame. When loading up furniture they chipped paint off the apartment door I have to pay for. Finally, they held $900 plus dollars on my account without communicating any of this information. I called the office 2 times today, left voicemails, no response. Will not be recommending this company again. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
Emma, Jon, and Cruz were amazing. I was quoted 6 hours and $$$$.$$ to move from Lincoln to Belleve, NE and they got it done in that time. The amount they quoted me is what i paid. Super friendly and extremely careful with our items. Would recommend anyone moving to request these 3 from Two Men and a Truck.
