We just had a very positive experience with Two Men and a Truck from start to finish. Aaron came out to do the quote and he communicated clearly, was prompt, responsive and professional. Dillon, Ty, Chandler, and Abraham arrived on time to start the packing and loading process. They were very careful with our belongings, courteous, cheerful, professional, and worked smoothly as a team to complete the loading process in about 5 hours and then drove to our new destination. They coordinated the arrival time the next morning, arrived on time, and immediately went to work unloading, unwrapping and setting up furniture, and had everything done in just three hours. We have many antiques and heavy pieces of furniture and there was not any damage to any of the furniture or belongings. They did an outstanding job and highly recommend Two Men and this team in particular for taking care of our move with no problems.
If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Noah, Nick, Bret and Caleb were the best of the best. They were the nicest young men I have seen in a long time. All were extremely polite, kept calling me ma’am. I told them that made me feel old, just call me mom. They made so many trips up and down the stairs , I appreciated that so much; I could never could have done that. They made sure my things were placed in the correct rooms. Even caught the cat when she snuck out of a room. The guys made me feel safe in their presence. Top notch company and employees. Thank you so much.
From our first call with Ty, it was great. Ty was extremely patient with me adding items etc. Our move went from one part of NC to another. Two trucks needed along with them staying overnight to rest. Our crew included Nick, Melvin, Brent and Noah. They couldn't have been any better. Polite, professional, kind and very hard working. They packed everything fantastic. No issues what so ever. I actually was not feeling well the day they brought things to our new place. These men were asking if THEY could do anything for ME. They worked efficiently and stayed positive the entire time, even with the heavier items and tight spaces.
