I came to the store on a Saturday morning while they are semi-busy with silly questions and need help reset my phone. They treated me professionally and also helped resolve my problems. I was referred to this company by Best Buy. I have a Sony 3 2 1 theater sound it plays CD"S, DVD'S it has two baby speakers and a subwoofer. It sounds awesome playing the am/fun or music. It is a copy of the Bose 1 2 3. It is an old unit but works perfectly now. Upon a move one of the speakers the wiring came undone due to how it was packed It's been years for dusting, picking up one speaker there was a chance the wiring would come disartached because the original plug was broken. Today moving one of the speakers the wire came undone. Usually I can get it back together but not today. I called UBeeakIFix and spoke to Alan who told me come on by. We hauled the subwoofer and baby speakers where Matt performed his holiday magic. In 15 minutes the wiring was fixed like new. The Sony is operating as new. I have Alan and Matt to thank. I've gone ahead and saved their phone number. They fix all electronics. I'm sure you're wondering how much was the cost ? It's the Holidays not only did they not charge this old guy but they gave me the greatest gift, the gift of their time
