I brought my phone in a week ago and spoke with Dorothy the supervisor. She told me she will put the screen on hold until I come back. I return on the Dec 3, around 2pm . I left my phone and they told me to check back later. I came back later my phone still wasn't repaired. I call December 4 around 12:30 my phone still was ready. They told me that they didn't know what to do. But it was in your system what they needed to do. I pick up my phone today and I am very this satisfied with the service. I have been using your company for a long time .

Dorothy was very nice and professional. I had quite a few items to fix but she was very patient. She really knew her stuff. The price is reasonable and I recommend this company to anyone who needs their electronics repaired.

Nightmare!! I left my laptop for a minor fix and add memory. It took 3 weeks to do work, 0 phone calls from them & I had to constantly go to the store for updates. Over 3 weeks later I sat down to get back to work THEY WIPED OUT 10 YEARS of my organization. NOTHING, completely wiped out. I took it immediately back. No phone calls, updates & again, I had to go to store & now a month later, there's nothing they can do to retrieve my data. DO NOT trust this company. This has been an expensive, time consuming nightmare & noone has even cared or tried to help. UPDATE: I called corporate customer service and created a help ticket. I was told I would hear from a case manager in 24-48 hours. That was 3 days ago. No phone calls. I called BACK and created another ticket. I’m in week four now. When I call the store it goes straight to a voicemail that has not been setup yet. So week 4, they have my laptop ( issue unresolved), $$$100’s of my money, no phone calls back & NOONE cares & working to resolve this issue. NIGHTMARE

My google phone screen went out so for warranty I went to ubreakifix in olive branch after about 4 hours they put a new screen on it and it seems fine until I got home and realized the face camera does work because they left a screen on it that was june 20th today September 24 my screen went out exactly the same way olive branch didn't have any new screens told me to go to the ubreakifix off union and the store was completely empty when I got there at 4:15 and got my phone back at like 6pm drove all the way home and the screen already the as a digital line going across it and its 6:40 I call and it rings two times he picks the phone up and hangs it up before anything is said I call by back and he picks up I explained i was just there and what happened and he said I will probably have to send it to Google since this is my third screen so again I started to explain to him this is only my second screen and the first one was not long ago and and also by ubreakifix and the camera stopped working when they put the screen on he hung up on me I tried calling back several times he would not answer I don't understand why I was never rude I just wanted information on what to do nexy I need my phone for work but apparently Google is giving there warranty work to just anyone because they can't fix Google and they don't do customer service why have that job if you can't take care of a phone your company most likely broke anyway from a faulty install then did slthe same thing again this time didn't even make it home!!! I'm so mad now
