uBreakiFix saved the day for me BIG TIME, specific shout-out to Maya! I do almost everything on my phone and I accidentally dropped it not once but two times in two days (it's been a rough week!) and the screen stopped working entirely. Maya was able to confirm when I called that she had the part needed to fix it. There was no line when I arrived and she started helping me right away. I left the store around 12pm and I was notified that my phone was ready by 1:30pm, same day (which is insane!!). I also found out that because my phone was less than 3 months old, she was able to get it covered under my phone's general warranty, which was incredible! While I know not everyone's phone problems will end up being free, Maya was the one who made me aware it was a possibility. She could have told me it wasn't covered and I wouldn't have known the difference. I'm so grateful for her help and uBreakiFix for the quick response time and excellent service. I will definitely be back!

We were visiting Milwaukee from out of town when my fiancée’s iPhone screen died on her. We stopped into uBreakiFix for a quick aftermarket LCD replacement, but later that same day the replacement failed. Since we were heading back home the next morning, we planned to sort it out through AppleCare, assuming the shop still had the original OEM screen. We went back to uBreakiFix and were helped by Maya, and honestly she saved the whole situation. She immediately tracked down the original OEM screen from the day before, swapped out the faulty aftermarket screen on the spot, and made sure everything was reinstalled correctly so AppleCare wouldn’t void the warranty. She didn’t hesitate, didn’t give us any pushback, and handled it with total professionalism. She also coordinated with the manager to guarantee we’d receive a refund for the faulty screen, even though we were leaving town and he wasn’t in that day. Maya was kind, thorough, and genuinely went out of her way for us. After a stressful day, she was the one person who actually made things easy. Huge thank you to Maya. She’s the reason this place has our trust!

Dylan was awesome! Said normal turnaround time was 4-6hrs. I went a couple hours before close, and feared I wouldn’t have my phone till later the next day. He fixed it in under an hour! And, the first location I went to didn’t have the back screen for my phone, but this location did. Was worth the trip

Phenomenal, stunning, ALL THE THINGS! Not only did they repair my device (I needed a new display) IN RECORD TIME ON THE SAME DAY (only 2 hours? What!) BUT they also gave me a 1 year warranty on the screen, and because their card reader wasn't working, I got a $40 discount on my repair and a free glass screen protector in the process while I was telling the repair lady all about my phone repair troubles! AND: she was really honest in telling me that my phone didn’t appear to have any water damage whatsoever when Apple said it did. Likely, the water damage was with the display only (which, thank God), but that’s why Apple was not willing to repair. Thankfully uBreakiFix was! Our conversation (between me and my repair technician) was so frank and genuine, and she was so kind and really honest about “Your phone should be fine!”. So...all in all and all that is to say: it'll likely be sucky circumstances but if I do ever need another phone repair that's *not* microsoldering, I *will* be back here! I’m not too sure what my repair person’s name was but she had short dark hair and was super friendly, and knowledgeable about phones! The Whitefish Bay location is great too, just be aware that if you have a slightly older Apple device (I have a 13 Mini, for instance), they might not have your part in stock and will either a, have to ship it, or b, will recommend you go to this location on Kenilworth. Haha CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!!! To clarify: the photos included in this review are: my new phone screen after I got home from the repair (2nd photo), and my now fully functional phone after the password lock timer expired! :D

Maya saved the day and fixed my phone same day before an upcoming trip! My Samsung Z Flip 6 screen randomly and sporadically became unresponsive yesterday. I was panicking because none of my troubleshooting was working, and I don't have the ability and time to send my phone off to get fixed. I first stopped at AT&T and found out my phone was barely out of warranty and I didn't have insurance on it; they recommended ubreakifix for the fastest fix. I stopped at the Wauwatosa location and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it fast and didn't have everything for the repair (???). They gave me a card to call the other locations when my phone wasn't even functional at the time 🙄. My partner called Greenfield and they were very vague and it just wasn't good customer service. Then I called the Kenilworth location and Maya was super helpful from the get go, and had the different screen colors ready to show me when I got there. I thought the repair would take 4 hours, but Maya called us less than an hour later and it was fixed! Maya was super helpful and personable. Overall, I'm super impressed and so relieved to have a working phone again. ☺️
