Terrible customer service from the woman working here. I have been to the location now two times. My first trip was to have the glass on a samsung phone fixed. I walked in the door and was met with a line of 3 or 4 other customers. The woman behind the counter says she will be right with me. About 40 minutes later finally I get to the front of the line and am told at this time they do not fix samsung phones because they are lacking the proper software. The woman behind the counter then proceeds to give me a blank stare when I asked why wouldn't you say that when I first walked in to the store, instead of having me wait 40 minutes to be told there is nothing they can do to help me. A hand writen note on the front door, a welcome to youbreakifix we will be right with you by the way if you are here for a samsung phone sorry we cant help you today. Would have been greatly appreciated. Instead I am met with a rude what do you want from me attitude. Fast forward to yesterday I take my samsung phone in for repair... broken glass back side this time. I am greated by a middle aged gentleman with an impressive beard. He get me checked in takes my phone and tells me they will have it done in a couple hours. I come back in to see what the progress has been about 30 minutes later. He tells me I have a dead pixel on my front glass they let the insurance know and they are also going to replace that. I say thank you and leave the store to waste more time while they repair the phone. I return 45ish minutes later to a line of people being helped by my old blank stare friend from my previous visit to this store. She handles the customers in front of me and now its my turn. She starts working on the final paperwork for my phone after she hands it to me to make sure everything is working I notice the front glass is mounted off center. The glass now hangs about an eighth of an inch over the left hand side of the phone. I point this out and amazingly, I am met with slow blinks and a blank stare. She then tries to muscle the screen into the correct position. Worried that she will damage it I ask for the phone back and that she notate in the system that the glass is improperly installed so I can have it fixed later when I have time and not be charged for it. More blank stare more long drawn out blinking... "the phone works" comes fumbling out of her mouth and is repeated multiple times while I explain that yes the phone "works" its not correct. I am not the smartest man but I know not to argue with stupid people. Ultimately I agree to disagree and I will take it up with my insurance company and ATT. I wish the gentleman who is behind me in line the best of luck. Who had mad a u turn back into the store. For you guessed it a improperly mounted phone screen. Never Again.
The adhesive that keeps the back panel of the phone sealed wore out. Spoke with Loren at the front counter and he didn't have the adhesive repair kit for my model phone available. It's an older model. However, he stated he could seal it with double sided tape. The best part was he fixed the phone absolutely free! Back panel now feels very secure. Outstanding service and will definitely keep this location in mind in the future...
Horrible customer service, especially from the lady that likes to blink a ton instead of rolling her eyes. Every person that was in there at the same time as me had something to say about her. Also they lost a few dollars for not putting a screen protector on like I had asked. Oh well. Lesson learned. I'll make sure our business not matter if I'm paying or it's insurance will go to the other location.
Fantastic work and very fast. Told us two hours and they were done in less than an hour. Max is professional and knowledgeable and does great work. They replaced a screen for an iPhone 16 pro max and we were able to do this through our phone insurance at no cost. Definitely will come back here if we need to in the future
I’ve needed to get the PS5 hdmi repaired 3 times since owning it. It’s great to have a local shop that makes repairs. Convenient location, quick service and professional staff.
