I had an old iPhone that fell into the ocean for a few seconds and locked up. It was the last day of a cruise in French Polynesia so lost all my pics, but kept the phone just in case. Apple told me it was unrestorable, but a friend recommended talking it to this place so I figured it was worth a shot. They actually got it up and running again, I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately, I can't seem see any of the pics from the Tahitian cruise, but there are lots of other old pics that I enjoyed looking at. I'm not a computer expert so I don't know why it's only the cruise pics that I can't see. I went on the Mexican Riviera cruise a few years before that, however, along with a few other trips, and I WAS able to view those pics.
Had Asurian plan and took my laptop in for a virus cleanup and was told it would take over a week because they were behind. I needed the computer for a interview so went back the next day to get it. Why do I even have the coverage if they can't assist me in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience here at this location, I had small cracks at the bottom of my phone and went through my AT&T insurance to get my screen fixed here. I believe her name was Patricia, but it may have been Batricia. I’m not sure exactly but she was great. She took care of me and got my phone fixed quickly and also took the time to put a screen protector and clean my phone. Thank you very much. I will definitely be returning here if I need any more work done.
These guys are miracle workers!!! My phone was stolen and I had found it all smashed up. I had important stuff on the phone that was not backed up, but LUCKILY these guys were able to fix my phone. It looks brand new now. Awesome job and great staff!! 10/10
