Great food, solid fixe prix. Hanger steak was incredible, as was the burrata and calamari. Solid desserts too. Decent beer selection and nice cocktail/mocktail menu. Will be back.
The food was good but overpriced. Staff wasn’t friendly. The biscuit with strawberries and cream were awesome. The pork belly Benedict was way too fatty. The birria chilaquiles wasn’t that great
Everything was exceptional. The food, drink and service, all contributed to a lively atmosphere. A few items unavailable but the menu still did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend your visit and will most certainly be back to try those options we missed.
We ordered the Barcelona Street Fries, Wagyu Beef Tartare, Duck Breast, Hanger Steak, and Braised Short Ribs. The Barcelona fries were such a strong start, crispy and layered with saffron aioli, smoked red pepper, and almonds. A perfect mix of crunch, smoke, and creaminess. The tartare was hand-cut Wagyu with rich mushroom aioli and crisp salt and vinegar chips, simple, elegant, and full of flavor. For mains, the duck breast stood out, cooked perfectly pink with a sweet spiced glaze and a potato “makouda” on the side. The hanger steak came with charred greens and crispy polenta fries, bold flavor with a touch of chimichurri that tied it all together. The braised short ribs were tender and melt-in-your-mouth, served with bok choy and a deep shoyu glaze that made the whole dish comforting and balanced. Service was friendly and relaxed, and everything felt thoughtful without being overdone. Definitely one of my favorite meals in Hamilton so far. Already planning to come back.
"Always leave them wanting more." And, boy, I wanted more! I was in town for Hamilton Comic Con, and decided to give Undefined a shot, and it was one of the best decisions I made all weekend! The look, design, and elegance of the interior really worked, but I sat outside because I wanted to enjoy the nice, sunny day. What made the day even better was my A+ meal. I ordered the Cad Prime Hanger Steak, and to drink, the "Apple A Day." Every bite was like a taste of heaven, and I could have easily eaten 3 of those dishes, and for dessert, I ordered the “Viva Puff” Cheesecake." Sublime. My server, Taylor, was great: she said she was new, but to me she definitely looked and sounded like she knew her stuff. I feel like I ended my weekend on a high. I've already recommended this location to a couple of coworkers, and I told them they wouldn't regret it. 10/10
