I have been here a couple of times and has been assisted well by the crew, which is truly commendable. But this happened to me twice already with the same lady from the fitting room area, and it’s quite disappointing. Last time, around December, it feels like she is rushing us, and the way she handed the clothes over was rude. Today, around 7:30PM, I noticed the same vibe with the same person,rushing, nagging, and her customer service in general is not good. I can barely see her name, but I read it as Delane.

The staffs are always friendly and helpful. Everything is well-organized. Need to stock more smaller size such as XXS, sometimes i have to buy smaller size online.

Extremely courteous staff. Checkout experience fantastic. Staff go an extra mile in each and every way, from asking if we need a bag to put out clothes while shopping in the store to guiding find the right thing in store to helping put clothes in the bag after checkout, hands down amazing experience. Uniqlo deserves 5 stars for the customer service. The staff does make us feel valued. More details stores need to do this.

I would like to commend Marjorie for her excellent service. She assisted me with altering a pair of jeans and followed up when I returned to try them on, ensuring the fit and length were perfect. Her professionalism and warm attitude left a great impression. Very satisfied with the experience.
