This was my very first roadside assistance experience, and unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. I was charged $250 for a short 3-mile tow, which really caught me off guard—especially since most towing services in the area quoted around $75–$150 for under 10 miles. While I have no complaint about the driver or the service itself—they arrived within 30 minutes as promised and handled the towing professionally—the pricing felt unreasonably high. Afterward, from home I called another company to verify, and they quoted me $140 for the same distance right away. Even I said I’m just looking for a better price & she willing to lower down & talk to his driver. It’s disheartening to feel taken advantage of during a stressful moment, especially when you’re in a panic and just trying to get help. I hope this company reviews their pricing policy and provides more transparency so future customers don’t experience the same. The girl that I talked really sketchy when she gave the price. I’ll post this to all social media so other driver be warn. BEWARE!!! Date happened 11/02/2025 12.45PM UPDATE: After discussing the matter with the business owner, I was able to share my concerns, and he provided his perspective. He acknowledged that the pricing was on the higher side, attributing it to the quality of their workmanship and the fact that they are a licensed provider. As a gesture of goodwill, he offered $40 refund which I appreciate. We both recognized that there was a communication gap, particularly on the part of the dispatcher, regarding the scope and nature of the services to be rendered. Despite the initial misunderstanding, I am satisfied with the resolution and have updated my rating to 3 stars.
The driver arrived fast within 20mins (our insurance agent told us will take 30-45mins). The driver is professional , helpful and patient, takes care of our stressful situation effectively.
