I’m really glad I chose United Roofing for my repair. I spoke with a couple other companies first, but United stood out for their prompt and clear communication from the start. During the inspection, they took their time explaining the issues and waking me through repair options. On the day of the job, the team arrived on time, reviewed the work they’d be doing, and sent photos to show they completed everything. They even reattached the downspout that came loose during a storm, a nice gesture that didn’t go unnoticed! Overall, I’m very happy with the work Joe, Bill, Carlos, and Jose did.
